The 10-Point Strategic Plan
What makes this process unique is my 10-Point Strategic Plan framework. Each of the 10 sections of your final Strategic Plan begin as a contextual framework and end with defined specifics that sets the course of your business in the right direction.
Why offsite?
Thinking strategically requires creativity, and the distraction of being in the office (real or subconscious) stops that creative flow in its tracks. We'll work together to find the best location for our day.
How is the plan built?
Whether you choose a half day or full day facilitation, I will work behind the scenes with just a little input from you to prepare for the day. My prep tells me which of the 10 points need the most attention, which ones will light your guiding star the most. Then, after our strategy day together, I will create a presentation you can use to communicate your strategy with all of your stakeholders.
What's covered?
All 10 Points of the full framework are included, but we will deep dive on the most applicable ones that your business needs. Whether it's redefining your market position, laying the foundation for a clear path of capacity growth, refreshing your product & pricing model or resetting your long term vision, you and your business will have the most clear path forward with annual and quarterly targets.
When a company communicates their strategic vision...
Higher productivity: your team shifts from being busy to being productive, actually moving the company forward.
Better advisor collaboration: your CPA, attorney, financial advisor and consultant work in concert with each other, toward a common goal.
Better employee engagement: people work harder and stay longer when they understand how their work connects to something bigger
